I’m Stefanie, a Rheumatoid Arthritis patient who went from being scared, lost and helpless to confident about managing my RA.
I was diagnosed with RA after my first pregnancy. My life seemed to have stopped then—and it wasn’t just because my body had changed so dramatically. I felt like I’d lost control of everything: my health, my career, even my relationship with my family. It was scary.
But through all of this suffering, I learned something: that suffering gives us strength. My pain taught me how to fight back—how to push myself when I thought there was nothing left in me to give.
And today? Today I am confident in saying that I am managing my RA with grace and dignity! If you too are suffering from RA or any other condition, let me be your guide through these difficult times.
With over 15 years of medical experience and 7 years of teaching experience at nursing colleges, I have all the tools you need to get yourself on track toward wellness again! Schedule your free consultation today!
It’s easy to feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders when you’re struggling with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), a chronic autoimmune disease that affects millions of people worldwide. The physical pain, mental anguish, and sense of isolation can all make it hard to remain positive and confident about your life. If you’ve been diagnosed with RA and are looking for an experienced RA coach to help you navigate the challenges of this chronic illness, I’d love to be there for you! Here are 4 reasons to work with me:
If you’re looking for an RA coach, I’m passionate about helping people who are struggling with chronic autoimmune diseases to regain their health and their lives. My background of nearly 2 decades of medical experience and health coaching is in physical education and health promotion, but my life-long passion of helping others see their potential has brought me here. I know it’s not easy to ask for help, especially when you’re dealing with a disease as challenging as RA. That’s why I promise to be there for you every step of the way—not just through your appointments with your rheumatologist and other medical practitioners, but also in your day-to-day life when you need a boost of inspiration or a gentle reminder that everything is going to be okay. I’m passionate about helping my clients regain their sense of confidence and independence, so they can get back to living the happy, healthy lives they deserve.
If you’re ready to spend your energy focusing on the good things in life, I can help. As a RA patient myself, I KNOW how overwhelming it can feel to be diagnosed with a disease that could impact your health and quality of life for years to come, and I know how important it is to have someone who understands those feelings by your side. Working with me allows you to take care of yourself in a way that’s safe and effective—my program doesn’t rely on drugs or risky procedures, but rather on natural methods I’ve found to be effective in helping people regain control over their health.
I’m dedicated to helping you manage your pain, stress, and life’s challenges that come with RA—no matter where you are in your journey. As your coach, I’ll work with you to find practical ways to manage your RA so you can enjoy a happier, healthier lifestyle. Whether that means exploring the latest treatment options, explaining your current options in more detail, or showing you available alternative treatments, my goal is for each of my clients to experience a sense of calm and peace about their lives again.
Is it you? Are you the RA sufferer in pain and isolation, looking for an RA coach to help you with your struggles? If so, I’d love to be that person. I’ve lived with RA for years, and I’ve been through a lot of the same challenges you’re facing now. I have a level of understanding of your experience, but I’m also able to approach it from a more objective perspective. That’s because as an RA coach, my job is to help people like you find the strength and confidence that you need to lead a normal life despite your illness. The chronic nature of this disease often brings up feelings of uncertainty and pessimism, which are difficult for anyone to overcome on their own. That’s why having support from someone who can recognize and address these feelings is so important.
In addition to being someone who has lived and struggled with RA, I’m also a medical professional with years of experience in dealing with chronic illnesses. That’s one of the reasons why my clients choose me—I bring a unique perspective that combines personal empathy and compassion while still remaining objective enough to see the big picture.
